Texture patches seem to be possible, as in the link you posted.
But this alone doesn't suffice. TRAOD/TRL/TRA full-nude patches look good because these 3 games didn't add any cloth-related polygons for pockets/wrinkles etc..
For TR2013 and Rise of Tomb Raider we need a mesh modification tool. And devs seem to be quite confused here, they seem to target on the awful bigfile file format, instead going for the in my opinion much easier option to manipulate mesh and texture data at runtime, developing DirectX-API-using techniques which could then be applied to many games. (See the mesh modifcation that is already applied within the UWESCU5 trainer for Tomb Raider Underworld for example, and Texmod for textures)

I've updated the download section on page1 too now.
Hm looks like my favorite TR game has the best nudepatch now:


Her face is borrowed from the non-nextgen mode btw., since the Nextgen face looks like plastic.

I've also added the stripe version again, it also benefits from the improvements.

With a trainer it should also be possible to get rid of the rings, will try when I have time.

Good news: I was able to remove and move some vertices with a trainer script, the result looks even more awesome now.
Bad news: it sometimes crashes the game..

Der Download in Beitrag #21 ist korrupt, du findest ihn in Beitrag #27:

Man ist das umst�ndlich. Diverse Leute laden ganze DVD Staffeln �ber 50 oder noch mehr Gigabyte hoch, irgendwo, und hier kann man nicht mal ein paar mb zippen.

Bert, der gute Mann hat die ihm zur Verf�gung stehenden Werkzeuge genutzt. Ich finde, es ist nicht viel verlangt ein paar Archive zu entpacken. Sind ja nur ein paar Klicks f�r dich.

Anscheinend will gfjus nicht, dass die Sachen woanders verteilt werden. Andernfalls h�tte er/sie es bestimmt woanders hochgeladen. Gibt ja genug Alternativen.
