Nachdem das Blood Remake von Jason Hall ein jähes Ende gefunden hatte, schickte sich nun Devolver Digital an, die Rechte an Blood zu ergattern. Der CFO Fork Parker hatte dies für den Fall angekündigt, dass die Verkäufe von Shadow Warrior gut genug wären:
