World of Warcraft "Friends & Families" Alpha

• Download by BitTorrent: World.Of.Warcraft.Alpha[1].torrent
• Since it is a multiplayer game there is no singleplayer. For still being able to use the alpha, you need the sandbox mode: WoWBox.StormCraft.01.10.2004.zip
• You need this to furthermore see the menu or the characters: twilhack.rar
• Surely you want to play online, download this for doing so: wowpatch.zip
  Patch the WoWClient.exe with it and launch it. In the menu open the console by "~" and enter this: "realmlist XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX". XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is for the IP address of the server. Type in e.g. "realmlist gotwow.net" for getting a server list.

• Patch for online games: WoW.zip – Simply copying into the main directory, but back up the old .exe first!
• By this you can join the servers with the beta 2 and play online:
  1. Launch .exe
  2. Open console by "ö"
  3. Enter "realmlist 212.50.0.84"
  4. Close console by "ö" again
  5. Enter anything as login
  6. Click away the realm down
  7. Go to "change realm"
  8. Select a server there and connect
  More servers! There is a new realmlist with up to four or five servers: "realmlist realmlist.overdose.ro". There are even supposedly quests sometimes!

• The patch: wow_beta3_patch.rar

  1. Look up server status here: http://killer999.s4.cybton.com/status.php
  2. Launch .exe
  3. Open console by "ö"
  4. Enter "realmlist [serverip/name]" replacing [serverip/name] with the server name or IP address, of which you have looked up in the first place.
